第三届“爱上北京的100个理由”短视频征集大赛以“多YOUNG北京”为主题。
1、征集范围:
大赛面向全球各地对北京有感知，喜欢北京、向往北京的外籍友人征集短视频作品及主题金句。
2、作品要求：
视频作品形式体裁不限；时长不超过5分钟；MOV或MP4格式；清晰度为1080P（1920×1080分辨率）；大小不超过1GB；配中文、英文双语字幕；不添加任何水印标记等；配合视频作品报送一句主题金句，金句要求字数50字以内，中英文双语，内容符合活动主旨。版权归属北京市人民政府新闻办公室所有。
3、参赛方法：
参赛者需通过投稿邮箱：lovebeijing2022@163.com递交作品并填写相关信息。投稿日期截至2023年3月31日。
4、作品初审：
征集到的所有作品将由专家组进行初审，通过初审的作品被视为入围作品，进入专家评选和网络投票环节。
5、网络投票：
入围作品将通过官方网页展播，网友可通过官方专题网页进行投票点赞，为自己喜爱的作品助力。投票截止日期为2023年4月25日。
6、专家评审：
大赛组委会邀请学界、业界专家组建专家评审团对入围作品进行评选，结合网络投票结果，最终将选出优秀作品共100部。专家评审在网络投票结束后启动，将按照公平、公正、公开的原则，最终确定各级别奖项得主。
7、颁奖典礼：
评选工作全部结束后，组委会将邀请参赛者代表和获奖代表，以及评审专家等共同出席颁奖典礼。

Regulations on the 3rd Short Video Contest Themed on “100 Reasons to Love Beijing”
The 3rd “100 Reasons to Love Beijing” Short Video Contest is themed on “YOUNG Beijing”.
1. Targets:
The contest is intended to solicit short videos and related theme lines of “100 Reasons to Love Beijing -- YOUNG Beijing” from those who love and yearn for living in Beijing from all over the world.
2. Requirements for the videos:
a) There is no limit to the video genre.
b) The video must be no more than five minutes.
c) We only accept video files in MP4 or MOV formats.
d) Resolution should be 1080p (1920×1080).
e) The file size must not exceed 1 GB.
f) Chinese and English bilingual subtitles should be provided.
f) The video must be without any watermarks.
g) The video should be accompanied with a Chinese and English bilingual title or description consisting of no more than 50 words.
Its copyright belongs to the Information Office of Beijing Municipal Government.
3. How to participate:
Participants should submit their work via email lovebeijing2022@163.com and fill in relevant information no later than March 31, 2023.
4. Preliminary review:
All the videos solicited will be preliminarily reviewed by the expert panel, and those videos passing the preliminary review are deemed as shortlisted works and will enter the stages of expert evaluation and online voting.
5. Online public voting:
Shortlisted videos will be displayed via official channels. You can vote for videos you like by April 25, 2023.
6. Expert review:
The Organizing Committee of the Competition will invite academic and industry experts to establish a panel of experts to evaluate the shortlisted videos and will select 100 excellent videos based on the results of online public voting. The expert review will be launched after the online public voting, and winners of awards at various levels will be eventually determined on the principles of and fairness, impartiality and openness.
7. Award ceremony:
After all the evaluation work have been done, the Organizing Committee of the Competition will invite representatives of participants and winners as well as review experts to attend the award ceremony.
The exact date of the awarding ceremony will be announced later.
